I haven't even finished (or started) all of the books on my nightstand but I just found out about a book that sounds very interesting to me. It is called Reveal and the review I read which peaked my interest was written by Tim Stevens here. I found the link through Perry Noble's post here. I'm probably interested because I have been pondering this very subject - what exactly are the church's responsibilities to believers? Have Christians become overly dependent on the church for their own personal growth or for nurturing spiritual growth in their children? It is very easy to blame someone or something else when your life is lacking (the blame game has become way too common in my view), but when will we take personal responsibility? Hopefully before we are required to do so at our judgement.

I have been reading Perry Noble for a few months now. I think I am going to have to pay attention to Tim Stevens too - even when it is first thing on a Monday morning.
